Manicures: I’ve been going to Deborah at Sage & Sole for over a decade and she’s just amazing. I’m not a nail art person; I like short nails and classic manicures.

Hair
Hair styling tricks: Hot rollers are such a life hack. I just put them in before I start my makeup, and by the time I’m done I have perfectly curled hair.
Hair colour: I go to Chantal at Blow+Bar for my balayage highlights. She’s also great at cutting my hair in a way that enhances my natural waves.
Hair treatments: Olaplex. If you’re bleaching your hair, you need this in your life.
Leave-in treatments: Living Proof Perfect Hair Day 5-in-1 Styling Treatment. It smooths out frizz but feels super lightweight.
Fragrance & Body
Signature scent: I don’t have one! I pick based on season and mood.
How do you wear your perfume: I spritz it onto my belly and behind my ears so it warms up with me and wafts up through my hair and clothes.
What smell brings back good memories? Frangipani. I associate the smell with being at a beach resort.
What flower or perfume note makes you feel sexy? Rose. It’s so classically feminine.
Favourite body wash: Malin + Goetz Bergamot Body Wash
Exfoliant: Malin + Goetz Peppermint Body Scrub. I like that it’s in a tube - jars are so messy.
Lotion: Bliss Lemon + Sage Body Butter
Oils: Inoue Seikoen Beauty Olive Oil
Favourite massage to get/spa to visit: Anything strong. I’m hyper ticklish, so if a massage isn’t firm I’ll just end up giggling my way through it.

Diet & Fitness
Diet and fitness tips and tricks and what they do for you: I mainly stick to a Ketogenic diet, which means eating foods that are high in fat but avoiding all carbs and sugar. It gives me tons of energy, clear skin, mental clarity, and helps exponentially with stress and anxiety. I also make sure I drink lots of water everyday. I set an alarm in my phone to remind me to drink a glass every 2 hours.
Supplements: Probiotics. They’ve improved my digestion and overall health so much.
Health beverages: Green Vitality smoothies, made with almond milk and some frozen blackberries or unsweetened açai. Also, coconut kefir - our fridge is always full of Kevita.
Favourite desserts: Lemon tarts, dark chocolate anything.
Food you avoid: Dairy and soy
Cheat day indulgence: Kaya toast, if I’m in Singapore. Bruxie for chicken & waffles if I’m in LA.
Favourite workout: Exploring new cities on foot.
Favourite part of your body: My eyes

Lifestyle
Favourite vacation memory and why? On my husband’s first trip to Kyoto, we were randomly invited to dinner by a friend’s boss (whom we’d never met before). What we thought was going to be a casual meal turned out to be an exquisite Kaiseki dinner in a private room of a historical restaurant…with two Geisha he’d engaged to entertain just the four of us all evening. It was just over-the-top and something so few people ever get to experience, I still have to pinch myself when I think back to that night.
Which is your dream vacation spot that you’ve always wanted to go but haven’t? Norway, to see the northern lights.
How do you relax and unwind: I go to the beach and listen to the waves. I feel most at peace when I’m near the ocean, and very out of sorts when I’m too far from it.
Flat lay secret: Use a light foam board as a background (instead of a table) so you can move your set-up to wherever the light is best.
What is your favourite TV show? Archer. It’s not the most dignified answer, but it’s true!
