This Is What A Beauty Editor Packs For A Summer Holiday

Everything my skin, body and hair need for some fun in the sun

I get the same elation when the NET-A-PORTER Beauty Kit arrives at my desk. Not only do I get to finally test out these brands, they usually have me covered from top to toe, making them excellent travel companions. And this summer, the Beauty Vacation Kit, US$55, is no exception.

Good for approximately one week, this kit is packed with eleven products (which includes picks from Charlotte Tilbury, Mio Skincare, Aurelia Probiotic Skincare, Sarah Chapman, Soveral, Youth Corridor, This Works, Hourglass, TEMPTU and Long By Valery Joseph).

Of the lot, the first on my must-try list has got to be Sarah Chapman's Chin and Jaw Mask. Infused with lifting ingredients, this firms and tightens skin that's prone to sagging, restoring suppleness and elasticity for youthful facial contours. All the more important for those beach selfies. Soveral's Midnight Oil also stands high on my list, thanks to its organic antioxidants and vitamins to decongest and renew skin.

I'll also be keeping This Works' Sleep Plus Trouble Shooter which supports cellular repair overnight with a formula that's rich in fruit acids, vitamin E and hyaluronic acid. It also has a soothing the senses with a blend of lavender, chamomile and patchouli because if I can't sleep like a baby on a vacation, when can I? Lastly, I can't wait to dig into Charlotte Tilbury's Supermodel Body. Coined "Gisele and summer in a jar" by Charlotte herself, consider me sold.

And act fast, because these babies usually sell out fast. Available at www.net-a-porter.com
