If there’s one thing we know about the model Bella Hadid, it’s the fact that she loves to eat. If it’s not a burger and chips before the CFDA awards, it’s ice-cream at the Cannes Film Festival, a tub of popcorn courtside at the basketball or a pizza with her friends.

However, as we all know, you don’t get a figure like the 20-year-old model’s without some serious time in the gym. And, Hadid admits she pulls no punches when it comes to working out.

“When I work out I love to work out. I train and I work out hard for two hours,” she told E! News during the Nike Cortex launch event in Los Angeles on Sunday.

However, there is one activity you won’t find Hadid doing.”I don’t like to do the whole yoga thing,” she said. “I think yoga is calming and it’s amazing, but if I am going to go for it I am going to go hard.”

The good news is that Hadid doesn’t exactly jump out of bed in the morning like the rest of us.

“I wouldn’t say I get out of bed and I am like, ‘I am going to go work out!’ but when I get to the gym — rock ‘n’ roll,” she added.

Finally, a model who eats junk food but admits to working out frequently to stay fit. It’s all about moderation.
