The reviews: These supplements by Ouai, celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin’s brand, come as highly recommended as the styling products. Comments from “my hair has grown the most it has in my entire life,” to “my hair has never felt or looked SO good!” and “not only did I feel like my hair was getting thicker I could see the one 1/2 to two inches of growth” are just some of the rave reviews from regular users.

Vegetarian? Yes, but not vegan.

The reviews: From “absolutely incredible,” to “drastic” and “unbelievable,” this boasts five-star customer ratings all over the web.

Vegetarian? No.

Verdict: We can see why this is the brand’s number one best-seller. It contains all the well-versed beauty vits like biotin and zinc, plus plenty more healthy ingredients besides.

The promise: Delicious gummies developed for women on the go. With zinc to support the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails, vitamin B12, which has a role in the process of cell division and biotin to help to support the maintenance of normal skin and hair.

The reviews: It’s early days, but we can report from the Bazaar beauty desk that they are, in fact, delicious. Hair growth? Not yet, but we’re noticing fewer strands shed in the shower.

Vegetarian? No.

Verdict: This is the ideal supplement for people who don’t do pills. Gumi have succeeded in making vitamins fun – and tasty. While free of artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, they do contain sweetener in place of sugar, which some people prefer to avoid.
