EAT

Kite opened a year ago and served tapas style asian food, but now with three new tasting menus, you can look forward to Asian flavours with a twist. There's the mangalica pork collar with youtiao veloute and spice broth - a spin on the local bak kut teh. Highlights of the Kite Experience tasting menu ($90) include: Chicken Rice crackers, Ubin Red Snapper Kinilaw and Mentaiko Somen.  With experience working at Saint Pierre and Bacchanalia, Dannel Krishnan, Head Chef at Kite said: "I came from a neighbourhood school, I eat at kopitiams, I'm a typical Singaporean. With the food at Kite, I want to serve something different but with familiar flavours, drawing from tradition, and what we eat and love."

Kite is located at 53 Craig Road.
