What are your skin secrets? What are your morning and evening routines?
“On days that I’m working, mornings are great because my make-up gets done on site so I don’t have to do it. I don’t shower in the mornings, I like to shower at night and wash my face to get any make-up off and then finish with a really good moisturiser, brush my teeth and go to bed.”
Does your beauty routine differ from summer to winter?
“In the winter I definitely hydrate more and use more eye masks and face masks.”
Has your beauty routine changed since you started modelling?
“Not really – I’ve always liked to keep it very simple.”
We’ve heard that your mother cuts your hair – what other surprising beauty secrets do you have?
“That’s pretty much the only surprising one, but she still does cut my hair.”
Would you ever dye your hair or cut it short?
“No, not on my own; maybe if they paid me enough haha!”
Do you have any beauty or hairstyle regrets?
“When I was younger my mother cut my hair super-short like a boy because I was complaining that it was itching me under my snowboarding helmet. When it was time for my haircut, she secretly cut it all off in the back and I didn’t realise until she got to the front. I cried and was so upset, so I guess that’s the reason why I probably wouldn’t cut it short again.”
How do you get your body ready for a big shoot/show?
“For me, I think it’s more of a lifestyle instead of getting ready for just one thing because it’s hard to change your body in a short period of time, so it’s important for me to live a healthy lifestyle year round.”
Which beauty products do you use when you’re travelling?
“I like to have coconut oil with me when I’m traveling because it’s easy to put in a travel-size container and carry it around.”
What are your tips for looking fresh after a flight?
“Ideally, going to the hotel or home and taking a shower (haha). But, minimal make-up is always helpful – mascara is an easy refresher.”
What is the one product you can’t live without?
“Coconut oil – I put it all over my body and sometimes my face.”
Do you wear make-up when you’re off duty?
“Most days I don’t wear any make-up and if I do, it’s usually just a small amount – Lancôme makes an amazing face cream and mascara.”
How do you choose your fragrance?
“It depends on the season for me – I like a fresh floral fragrance for the summer and then something warmer for the winter months. I do have a few top fragrances that I like to rotate though. My favourite right now is Forever Sexy from Victoria’s Secret.”
What is your go-to date-night look?
“Casual and comfortable is my go-to style, always. That’s when I feel the most confident and sexy because it’s more me. A T-shirt and jeans is effortless and still sexy.”
What are your secrets to having such great brows? Is it true you just leave them as they are?
“When I was younger my mom refused to let me get them waxed, and so they just grew out and now they’re really thick. I only ever fluff the middle – I don’t shape them, I just let them do their thing.”
What are your favourite ways to keep fit?
“I’ve been doing one-on-one workouts with my trainer that focus on slow, controlled movements and target specific parts of the body.”
