Big Bang's Taeyang And Min Hyo Rin Are Officially Married!

It seems like just yesterday when news broke that Big Bang's Taeyang and actress Min Hyo Rin are getting engaged. And in a blink of an eye, the couple have officially wed yesterday on the 3rd of February 2018. How time flew! The couple has a very low-key ceremony at a church in the Gyeonggi Province of Seoul. After which, they has an after-party that simply took our breath away.

But first, let's talk about the dress! The bride shared pictures on Instagram and she looked absolutely stunning.

The full skirted, strapless dress was by Oscar De La Renta, featuring delicate floral appliqué all over the dress and veil. She looked like an elf princess especially when the couple entered the after-party location which was absolutely packed with white flowers. The scene was like dream!

Of course, no princess is complete without her tiara and Hyo Rin wore Chaumet's Joséphine Aigrette Impériale diadem in 18-carat white gold set with brilliant-cut diamonds. It was the finishing touch that truly transformed her into royalty. You can have a closer look at it below.

The reception was designed to be an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, with hundreds of  white flowers hung from the ceiling along with champagne coloured chandeliers. They even projected images of the forest on the curtained walls to really create the illusion. Youngsong Martin, the designer of the wedding scene in Breaking Dawn Part 1 of the Twilight saga set up the after-party location. Just behold the venue in its full glory:

The event space itself was indicative of what kind of after-party this was. It's private and intimate with no media allowed, just a bunch of close friends and family. But because it's YG Entertainment, the short list of guests was certainly a star-studded one.

Big Bang fans, breathe easy! All the members were present to commemorate this moment, including T.O.P whose attendance was the most in-question. YG himself was there, sans his signature cap, as well as Psy, Sandara Park, CL, Zion.T, Black Pink, Se7en, Chun Woohee, Nam Bora, Kim Minyoung, and Park Jinju.

The after-party looked like a total riot from what we saw on social media, with performances from Zion.T and CL. CL sang a rendition of the classic "Can't take my eyes off you". Seung Ri caught her rehearsing before the couple arrived and she sounded amazing.

Naturally, Taeyang took to the dance floor, being the man of the hour. The couple danced together for the first time to Bruno Mars' 'Versace On The Floor' though you can tell that Taeyang really can't help himself when a performance is involved. Meanwhile, Hyo-Rin was such a good sport (plus that dress is just to die for). It was cute moment indeed!

After a couple of drinks in, the dance floor really heated up with Taeyang actually having a mini dance battle with his long time friend, Cho Sae Ho. We expected nothing less from a guest list filled with so many talents. It was pretty lit.

From the looks of it, the wedding was a total success! No media storms or any hiccups, thankfully. The bride was absolutely stunning and the groom was as dapper as he can be. The couple had a gorgeous ceremony and a lit after-party surrounded by their closest friends and family. What more can anyone ask for?
