The Blink-182 drummer shared a series of photos and videos of Kourtney on Instagram, with many including the couple showing off their signature PDA. The first photo features Barker carrying the Poosh founder in his arms while she has her legs and arms wrapped around his torso. The next photo shows Kardashian asleep in Barker's arms while the two lay next to each other in bed.

Some of the post's videos further capture the couple's day-to-day PDA. In one clip, Barker drives a convertible while Kardashian sits in the passenger seat, where the drummer leans over to gently grab her hand. In another, the two sit closely together as Barker scratches Kardashian's head.

"My soulmate. I’m so grateful that today you were born," Barker captioned the post. "You deserve everything your heart desires. Nothing makes me happier than seeing you smile. You stole my heart the moment we met. Happy birthday to the most beautiful amazing woman to walk the face of the earth. I love you my wife ❤️."

Kardashian commented back, "I’m crying because you make me so happy. I love you my husband 🥹❤️."

Kardashian previously opened up about embracing PDA with her husband in a 2022 interview with BAZAAR.com.

"I think that Travis looks at life in a really special way like no one that I've known, to where it's as if nobody exists," she said. "I can get more shy but it's helped me so much to be present and pretend like no one's there. My mom will be like, 'Can you stop for one second and talk to me?'"
