Gani's winning shot for Episode 6's photo challenge
Standing at just 173cm, Gani fails to meet the average height requirement for a model in the fashion industry. However, that does not stop the soft-spoken contestant in pursuing modelling. Along with her sharp, exquisite features and dogged determination, she aims to beat against the odds of being petite and successful on the runway. Here are 10 other things you should know about her, before finding out tonight whether she becomes Asia’s Next Top Model:
1. Think models don't eat? Not for Gani. She eats a lot, anything and anytime.
2. For someone who loves to eat, of course she'd be an expert in whipping up a dish or two. Her classics are of course Pad Thai, Gado-Gado, Rendang and Sambal Goreng.
3. Her favourite model is Karlie Kloss.

3. Having taken part in modelling competitions back home in Indonesia, she won a contest organised by a prominent magazine and graced their cover.
4. Because of her unconventional features, she was bullied in high school and called names like 'cockroach'.

5. Never leave her alone in a dark room, as that is her biggest phobia.

10. In the Model House, together with fellow contestants Tahlia and Barbara (they call themselves the three jellyfishes), they would sometimes sneak off to the rooftop secret garden to practice their poses and catwalks the night before photo shoots.
