The Australian actress—who stepped into the role of Princess Diana for the acclaimed series—wowed not just the cameras on the night, but also audiences for her stellar performance.

Dressed in a strapless black gown from the Dior Couture SS22 collection with Dior Joaillerie baubles and Manolo Blahnik heels, Debicki nodded to one of the royal's most memorable fashion moments: a blue Catherine Walker dress that Diana wore to the Cannes Film Festival in 1987.

Both gowns featured a strapless neckline, an elegant, flowy silhouette and a matching neck scarf. The Crown star's dress in black silk crepe, which required a total of 300 hours to make, saw a modern twist with a ribbed bustier draped and crossed at the waist and back.

In an exclusive video, the Dior ambassador reveals the contents of her Lady Dior bag, from her little notebook to a photo of her sister and her favourite sunglasses. "The Lady Dior bag was renamed after her," Debicki explains, recalling how the house officially renamed the bag the 'Lady Dior'—one of Lady Di’s must-haves—in her honor.
