Forget what you think you knew about American sportswear brand Calvin Klein. The house's overtly sexy campaigns from days of yore have been given the Raf Simons treatment, and it looks set to be taken in an art-filled direction.

Teaming up with photographer Willy Vanderperre, one of Simons' long-time creative collaborators, the new campaign features works by artists Andy Warhol, Dan Flavin, Richard Prince and Sterling Ruby, and highlights Simons' passion for art.

“It’s a celebration of Calvin Klein’s iconic underwear and jeans, acknowledging their status as Pop and showing them in the world of art,” Simons told WWD.

All eyes are now on the brand's upcoming fall/winter 2017 show at New York Fashion Week, which is sure to give an inkling of where Simons is steering the brand for the future.
