36 Royal Kids Who Are About to Take Over the World

Prince George and Princess Charlotte are in good company

Princess Elisabeth, Duchess of Brabant, is the oldest child of King Philippe and Queen Mathilde. The 16-year-old, is the immediate heir to the throne, and impressively opened the Princess Elisabeth Children's Hospital in 2011.

According to the Palace, she loves playing sports, has been playing piano for a few years and enjoys volunteer work. She currently goes to school in Brussels.

Two-year-old Princess Charlotte is fourth in line for the British throne, following her big brother, Prince George. She'll become a big sisterĀ in April 2018, when her parents, Prince William and Kate Middleton, welcome theirĀ third child, who will be the fifth heir to the crown.

Four-year-old Prince George is the oldest child and only son of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, and the great-grandson of Queen Elizabeth II. The tot is currently third in line for the throne following his grandfather, Prince Charles, and his father, Prince William.

Prince Dipangkorn Rasmijoti (right) is one of theĀ seven childrenĀ of Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn, whose coronation is expected to take place before the end of the year. The twelve-year-old is also a grandson of the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the world's longest-reigning monarch before the title was taken by Queen Elizabeth II. King Bhumibol Adulyadej died in October 2016.

Prince Dipangkorn is consideredĀ next in lineĀ for the throne, and is currently studying at a private school in Germany. His mother is a commoner, Srirasmi Suwadee, whom Vajiralongkorn wed in 2001 as his third marriage.

Princess Madeline and Christopher O'Neill's second child is Prince Nicolas Paul Gustaf, Duke of ƅngermanland. The golden-haired two-year-old isĀ ninth in the line of succession, following his big sister, Princess Leonore.

Princess Leonore Lilian Maria is the first child of Princess Madeline (the King and Queen's third child) and Christopher O'Neill. Though she's only three years old, she already holds title of Duchess of Gotland and isĀ eighth in lineĀ for the Swedish crown, following her mom

Prince Alexander's younger brother and the youngest member of Sweden'sĀ Bernadotte DynastyĀ wasĀ just born in AugustĀ this year. The three-month-old is Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia's second child and is sixth in the line of succession, following his older sibling.

Prince Alexander Erik Hubertus Bertil, Duke of Sƶdermanland, is one of Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar's cousins. (His father, Prince Carl Philip, is their mother Crown Princess Victoria's younger brother.)

Born in April 2016Ā , the one-year-old prince isĀ fifth in lineĀ for the throne following the Crown Princess, her two children, and his father. His mother is Princess Sofia.

This is Princess Estelle's one-year-old brother (born March 2016) and second child of Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel. The tiny Duke of SkƄne follows his big sister in the line of succession.

Princess Estelle Silvia Ewa Mary, Duchess of Ɩstergƶtland is the five-year-old daughter and first child of Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel, and granddaughter of the King and Queen of Sweden.

She's second in line for the Swedish throne after her mother, Sweden'sĀ first female Head of StateĀ from the Bernadotte Dynasty.

Princess Sofia de BorbĆ³n y Ortiz, Infanta of Spain (meaning the child of the reigning monarch) is the second daughter of King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia, and younger sister of Princess Leonor. At 10 years old, she is second in line for the throne, following her older sibling.

Leonor de BorbĆ³n y Ortiz, 12, holds the title of Princess of Asturias, meaning she's the official heir to the throne. She's the elder daughter of King Felipe VI (who inherited the crown after his father King Juan Carlos I'sĀ abdicationĀ in 2014) and Queen Letizia. HerĀ other titlesĀ include Princess of Girona, Princess of Viana, Duchess of Montblanc, Countess of Cervera and Lady of Balaguer.

Eleven-year-old Prince Sverre Magnus is the third in line for the throne, following his father, Prince Haakon, and big sister, Princess Ingrid Alexandra.

He famously stole the show at his grandparents' 80th birthday celebrations when heĀ dabbed on the balconyĀ during a royal photo opp. What a rebel.

Thirteen-year-old Princess Ingrid Alexandra is second in line for the throne, following her father, Crown Prince Haakon. She is also the granddaughter of Norway's King Harald.

Though she's still an early teen, the princess has already begun participating inĀ official royal engagements, like the annual childrenā€™s parade and the traditional ski jumping tournament in Oslo.

King Willem-Alexander and Queen MĆ”xima's third and youngest daughter is Princess Ariane Wilhelmina MĆ”xima Ines, Princess of Orange-Nassau. The ten-year-old is third in the line of succession, following her two siblings. In addition to sharing her oldest sister's hobbies, she alsoĀ enjoys drawing.

Princess Alexia Juliana Marcela Laurentien, Princess of Orange-Nassau, is the second daughter of King Willem-Alexander and Queen MĆ”xima. She's also one of Princess Catharina-Amalia's younger sisters. The 12-year-old royal isĀ second in lineĀ for the throne, following her older sibling.

Princess Catharina-Amalia Beatrix Carmen Victoria, 14, is the oldest child of King Willem-Alexander and Queen MƔxima. She holds the titles of Princess of Orange, (meaning she's first in line for the crown), Princess of the Netherlands and Princess of Orange-Nassau.

According to the Palace,Ā her hobbiesĀ include horse riding and hockey, but she also has a musical side and enjoys singing and playing the piano.

The 10-year-old princess is the second child of King Mohammed VI and Princess Lalla Salma and the younger sister of Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan. Like her brother, the young royalĀ began participating in public engagementsĀ at an early age, starting with an inauguration of a children's cancer center in Casablanca with her mother in 2013.

Prince Moulay El Hassan is the first son of King Mohammed VI and Princess Lalla Salma and the first in line for the throne after his father.

The 14-year-old began taking on public engagements with his father in 2015 andĀ made headlines in 2016Ā for refusing to let foreign dignitaries kiss his hand when he met them. Despite breaking protocol, the prince is consistently sharply dressed for his appearances.

The royal two-year-old is technically the first child (by two minutes) of Prince Albert and Princess Charlene, and the granddaughter of Prince Rainier and Princess Consort Grace Kelly. Her twin brother, Prince Jacques, with whom she often sharesĀ matching outfitsĀ with, is next in line for the crown.

Prince Jacques is the son of sovereign Prince Albert and his wife, Princess Charlene, and the grandchild of Prince Ranier and Grace Kelly. The two-year-old has a twin sister, Princess Gabriella. Even though he was born two minutes after his sibling,Ā he is the heir to the throne, because in Monaco royal inheritance is passed on to the first-born male child, even if he has an older sister.

Twelve-year-old Prince Hashem is the fourth and youngest child of King Abdullah II and Queen Rania Al Abdullah.

Since his older brother, Crown Prince Al Hussein, currently has no male heirs,Ā according to the Jordanian constitution, Prince Hashem is technically next in line for the throne, but that will change if Al Hussein bears a son.

Princess Salma, 17, is the third child and first daughter of King Abdullah II (pictured) and Queen Rania Al Abdullah. She has three siblings: Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, 23, Princess Princess Iman, 21, and Prince Hashem, 12.

The royal teen is not an heir to the throne because theĀ Jordanian constitution statesĀ that the royal title is passed from the king to his eldest son.

The grandson of Japan's Emperor Akihito is third in line for the Imperial Throne. His parents are Prince Akishino, the Emperor's younger son, and Princess Kiko. The royal tween justĀ turned 11 in September, but here he is photographed on his first day of school at Ochanomizu University Elementary School.

Prince Hisahito's older sister Princess Mako, 25, famously announced this year thatĀ she's giving up her royal statusĀ to marry her commoner fiancĆ©, Kei Komuro.

Five-year-old Princess Athena FranƧoise Marie, Countess of Monpezat is the youngest of Queen Margrethe II and Prince Henrik's grandchildren. She's also the younger of Prince Joachim and Princess Marie's two children together. She follows her brother Prince Henrik as the 10th in line for the throne.

Prince Henrik Carl Joachim Alain, Count of Monpezat, is Prince Joachim and Princess Mary's first child together. (TheyĀ wed in 2008, four years after he divorced Countess Alexandra.) The eight-year-old is ninth in line for the throne, after his half-brother Prince Felix.

Prince Felix Henrik Valdemar Christian, Count of Monpezat, is the 15-year-old son of Prince Joachim and Alexandra, Countess of Frederiksborg (pictured). Like his older brother, he is still included in the line of succession, though his parents are divorced.

Prince Nikolai William Alexander Frederik, 18, is the oldest son of Prince Joachim (Crown Prince Frederik's younger brother) and Alexandra, Countess of Frederiksborg. Like Prince Frederik's children, he and his siblings are also grandchildren to Queen Margrethe II and Prince Henrik. He also holds title of Count of Monpezat.

Although his parentsĀ divorced in 2004, Prince Nikolai is still in line for the throne, in seventh place, after his dad.

Prince Vincent has a twin sister, Princess Josephine Sophia Ivalo Mathilda, Princess of Denmark, Countess of Monpezat. She follows her fraternal twin in line for the Danish throne.

Prince Vincent Frederik Minik Alexander, Count of Monpezat, is the third child of Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary. The six-year-oldĀ follows his older sisterĀ Princess Isabella in the line of succession.

Princess Isabella Henrietta Ingrid Margrethe, 10, is the second child of the crown prince and princess. Thanks to aĀ recent amendmentĀ in the Danish law of royal successionā€”which changed inheritance from male-preferred primogeniture to absolute primogenitureā€”she'sĀ next in lineĀ for the throne, following her older brother, Prince Christian.

Twelve-year-old Christian Valdemar Henri John, Prince of Denmark, Count of Monpezat is theĀ first sonĀ of Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary and grandson of Queen Margrethe II, the reigning monarch, and Prince Henrik. He also holds the title of Count of Monpezat and is second in line for the throne, following his father.

Bhutan's crown prince is the first child of King Jigme Singye Wangchuck and Queen Jetsun Pema (the world's youngest living queen, at 27 years old).

Here, the one-year-old Dragon Prince is photographed with his father and Indian foreign minister Sushma Swaraj. He also melts hearts monthly inĀ adorable calendar photos.

The King and Queen's fourth and youngest child is nine-year-old Princess ElĆ©onore, who is fourth in line for the throne. She alsoĀ attends school in Brussels, plays violin and likes to draw.

Prince Emmanuel, 12, is the King and Queen's third child. He's third in line for the throne and is apparently a big nature fan and a flute-player. Unlike his older siblings, heĀ attends schoolĀ in Leuven.

Prince Gabriel is the second child of the King and Queen of Belgium, and the second in line for the throne, following his older sister. Like Princess Elisabeth, the 14-year-old alsoĀ goes to schoolĀ in Brussels and enjoys a variety of sports, from football to sailing.
