Princess Charlotte reportedly marked her first day at London’s Willcocks Nursery School last week, but Prince William and Kate Middleton didn’t treat us to her adorable pictures until today. Kensington Palace shared two priceless photos of the royal two-year-old on her first day, sporting the cutest outfit: a red coat, pink scarf, gray tights, red Mary Janes, a pink backpack, and a little red bow in her hair.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge first announced Charlotte’s plans to attend nursery in December, when they unveiled their family Christmas card photo. In a statement shared by the royals, Willcocks said it’s “delighted” to have the princess as a student. “We look forward to welcoming Charlotte to our nursery in January,” it said.

The Willcocks Nursery School has said: "We are delighted that The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have chosen the Willcocks Nursery School for Princess Charlotte. Similarly, Charlotte’s older brother Prince George had his first day of elementary school in September, at Thomas’s Battersea in London. The four-year-old was also too cute for words when he made his appearance on the school lot, dressed in his uniform and holding his father’s hand. (Kate Middleton was home suffering from acute morning sickness.)
The royal tot also posed for a sweet celebratory photo with his dad, which the Palace shared. We’re sure Princess Charlotte had an equally adorable kodak moment with her parents.

Before taking on grade school, Prince George, like his sister, attended nursery at the age of two. His first day was in January 2016 at Westacre Montessori in Norfolk, England, where the Duke and Duchess’ country home, Anmer Hall, is located.
In his photo, taken by Middleton, the prince sports a quilted jacket and an adorably oversized backpack. He totally nailed the first-day look—it looks like his little sis took notes.
