Asian Chicken Salad with SKIPPY® Peanut Butter

Serves: 2

Ingredients

Ingredients A:

4 tablespoons of SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter

4 tablespoons of Thai sweet chilli sauce

2 to 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons of light olive oil

2 teaspoons of toasted sesame seeds

Ingredients B:

120g of lettuce leaves (about 16 pieces; coarsely cut)

Half a medium cucumber, sliced

2 tablespoons of dried cranberry

100g of shredded roast chicken meat

Ingredients C:

1 to 2 tablespoons of ground roasted peanuts

Instructions

1. Place Ingredients B in a large salad bowl.

2. In another bowl mix well Ingredients A and drizzle onto the salad.

3. Top with some ground peanuts and serve chilled.
