While not all of us can say that we got an award for a nude selfie, this limelight-loving family also has their fair share of ups and downs in 2016. Let's look over our shoulders and relish the good (and bad) times the K-Klan had shared with us over the past 365 days before ushering 2017!
1) The Kardashian Klan slayed Kanye's Yeezy 3 show with their presence
Draped in luxury, no less. This fashionable family, including new-but-familiar member Caitlyn Jenner, graced Kanye's much anticipated third fashion show dressed in glittering Balmain for Yeezy , channeling Ice Queens, so it seemed.
2) Saint West's much-anticipated photos revealed in February 2017... Almost 3 months after his birth
Remember the times where everyone was waiting with bated breath for almost three whole months anticipating photos of Saint West to be revealed? Everyone squealed in delight on February 22nd 2016, where Kim finally unveiled the cuteness that is little West on her Instagram.
3) Kim's nude selfie
Need we say more?
4) And receives the first ever #breaktheinternet Award at the 20th Annual Webby Awards for that
"Nude selfies till I die" she briefly said, flashing a peace sign and a sheepish grin on her face while she walked away.
5) Rob crawls out of his shell after years of hiding!
...Then hooks up with Tyga's baby mama, Blac Chyna (Side eyes Kylie), knocks her up, gets engaged AND launched a reality TV show! All in a span of a couple of months. Say what?!
6) ...And Dream Kardashian was born!
We have nothing to say, but we are wishing this cute little tot all the best.
7) Guess who got her first pair of Victoria's Secret angel wings?
Kkkkkendall! Second year in the running, this stunner from the Kardashian-Jenner klan (I mean, which one of the girls aren't?) walked the VS show. And what's the point of walking the show if you're doing it without the wings?
8) Kourtney reunites with Scott!
The on-and-off-again couple had a major tiff back in 2015 because of Scott's bad habits. Well, it seems like "never say never" is the order of the day because the couple is said to be back together. Again. True of false, this is still up for debate. But we're glad things are looking up for this duo!
9) And is pregnant with their fourth child!
Or is she? Rumours were set abuzz when there were reports of her "missing her period" and being seen clad in baggy garbs. Only time will tell.
10) Kim and Kanye out Taylor Swift!
When TayTay expressed her displeasure towards Kanye's song "Famous" which name-dropped the squeaky clean pop star, little did she know that Kim had receipts launched on her Snapchat. The video exposed the pop star giving him permission to mention her in his song, turning the tables around the whole situation.
11) Khloe launches a range of denim for women across all sizes
Called Good American, the kurvaceous Kardashian launched her own denim line, addressing all female body types across the board. When you put the Kardashian name to something practical like that, no wonder Good American was a major success!
12) Kim and Kanye on the September issue of Harper's BAZAAR
What do you get when you put the social media queen, the king of hip hop, and fashion royalties Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld together? This gorgeous cover and fashion spread, of course!
13) Blac Chyna ditched Rob...
And takes Dream (and the entire fridge, furniture, Christmas presents and even the SUGAR) with her! Couldn't help but to soften up when we saw Rob's tearful snap. Just what does one do when dreams turn into nightmares?
14) Kylie's incredibly successful pop-up venture
Following her also incredibly successful online business selling apparel (and cosmetics), the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan decided to bring the business offline, bringing Kylie merchandise upfront to the kids of Calabasas. Needless to say, business went kuh-ray-zeeeeeee.
15) Poor Kim got robbed in Paris...
And was attacked by assailants at gunpoint. More than having her 4.5 million dollar wedding ring and other valuables stolen, this tragedy left Kim traumatised, resulting in her ditching social media ever since. While she's spotted at some exclusive parties, we can only hope that she will make a come back soon.
16) Khloe's divorce from Lamar is finalized
...Finally. After her first attempt at filing for a divorce from Lamar, she retracted the case because he slipped into a coma following a tragic case of OD. Second time's a charm it seems, as she filed for divorce again and had it finalised successfully just a couple of weeks ago.
