Kate Middleton made her first appearance since announcing her third pregnancy in September. The Duchess of Cambridge has been absent from public events — such as her son Prince George's first day of school — due to severe morning sickness, but today, she appeared at Buckingham Palace with Prince William and Prince Harry in honour of World Mental Health Day.

Kensington Palace shared a photo on Twitter of the trio at a reception "to celebrate those working in the mental health sector." Middleton, William, and Harry have been heavily involved with this field in the past year, as they've been promoting their Heads Together campaign, which challenges the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Middleton sported a blue lace Temperley London dress and navy pumps for the event. The soon-to-be mother of three looked well, despite feeling ill in recent weeks.

"The Duchess’ condition is improving but she is still suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum. She is delighted to be able to be here tonight," a royal aide told reporters, according to People.
