It’ll be a fun-filled and lavish feast at this Easter adventure that is inspired by the whimsical Alice in Wonderland. A fine buffet selection of authentic French delicacies and local Chinese favourites are what you can expect at Racines’ Easter offerings, including a specially curated ensemble of Easter carvery featuring roasted lamb with sweet caramelised onions and mouthwatering Black Angus beef tomahawks served with bordelaise jus and a choice of mustards. Jamie’s Italian’s scenic waterfront Vivocity outlet is hosting a spectacular buffet with mouthwatering Easter dishes on Easter Sunday. Dishes include a selection of small bites such as the Devilled Free-range Eggs and Prosciutto-wrapped Asparagus, and fork-tender meats such as the Roast Leg of Higher-welfare Lamb with vegetables and Roast Sustainably Sourced Barramundi slathered with tarragon cream sauce. Don’t forget to try the Eggplant Parmigiana and their rich Bread & Butter Pudding made with higher-welfare dairy and free-range eggs. Easter isn’t complete without some cool activities, so let the kiddos indulge in face painting, Easter egg hunting and balloon sculpting while you feast.

While its Forum outlet will not have a buffet spread, it is offering à la carte Easter specials from April 15 to 21 (from 6pm from April 15 to 19 and all-day from April 20 to 21), including the Tagliatelle Asparagus Cheese & Bacon ($30.95++) of homemade tagliatelle, freshly made with free-range eggs and served with crunchy asparagus, cheese fondue, and crispy smoked bacon; and the Slow-Roasted Lamb ($39.95++), a hearty plate of lamb that’s slow roasted with white wine and finished with Gaeta olives, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh mint and red onion. Have a sweet treat to end of the celebrations — it’s offering an Easter Fruity Cake ($14.95++), a buttery confection that forms a nest for chocolate eggs stuffed with Italian vanilla Chantilly cream.

Modern European dishes take centrestage at this restaurant’s hearty Easter brunch. Choose a main course from its all-new brunch menu, such as Smoked Salmon Croissant with mascarpone cheese and Croque Monsieur with ciabatta, ham and gruyere cheese.
