Emily Ratajkowski's Summer Styling Trick Involves Turning A Bra Into A Party Top

Emily Ratajkowski has a very Emily Ratajkowski–esque styling hack to deal with the summer heat.

The model and My Body author was spotted in New York City enjoying a girls' night out. To stay cool, EmRata wore a twisted white bralette as a teeny-tiny crop top, effectively showing off an ample part of her midriff. She paired the mini top with high-waisted, straight-leg jeans in black. To cap off the sizzling ensemble, she wore amber thong wedge sandals from Simon Miller and carried the matelassé nappa leather mini hobo bag from Miu Miu.

EmRata has been having a fashion-filled season, staying and looking cool despite the spiking temperatures.

Earlier this month, the model was spotted in New York wearing a slinky ivory two-piece set from It girl brand Mirror Palais. She accessorized with the same Simon Miller amber wedges, plus a vintage knitted brass cross-body bag by Paco Rabanne.

She also made a head-turning appearance during Paris Fashion Week. Seemingly taking a style cue from Kim Kardashian, the model attended a Balenciaga dinner wearing the brand's infamous skintight pantaboots, which she paired with a black pleated-front minidress that draped down to her ankles, as well as matching clingy gloves.

Ratajkowski talked about how she uses fashion to empower herself in a 2019 essay she wrote for BAZAAR.

"Despite the countless experiences I've had in which I was made to feel extremely ashamed and, at times, even gross for playing with sexiness, it felt good to play with my feminine side then, and it still does now," she wrote. "I like feeling sexy in the way that makes me, personally, feel sexy. Period."
