Kim Kardashian Reunited With Ex Pete Davidson At The 2023 Met Gala
And his face says it all.
We all hope that when it comes time to run into our ex, we look our absolute best—and for Kim Kardashian, that wish came true last night, when she had a run-in with former boyfriend Pete Davidson at the 2023 Met Gala.
The two crossed paths inside the fashionable bash held in New York City's Metropolitan Museum of Art. A photo from the evening shows Kardashian chatting with Usher in front of Davidson, who is seen gazing and smiling widely at her.

The comedian and the SKIMS founder began dating in late 2021 and split in the summer of 2022, following about nine months together. Sources said their breakup was amicable, and in interviews Kardashian later confirmed she still believes Davidson is a great guy.
Per an Entertainment Tonight insider, Kardashian thinks Davidson is "so sweet," but she "didn't feel ready for something serious with him."
During their time together, however, the pair's romance got so serious that they attended the 2022 Met Gala as a couple.
At the time, Kardashian showed up in Marilyn Monroe's iconic beige dress with shimmering crystals by Jean Louis—which Monroe wore in 1962 to sing "Happy Birthday" to then President John F. Kennedy on his 45th birthday at Madison Square Garden.
Davidson wore a Dior suit, Or & Elle jewelry, and his signature black sunglasses. He held his then-girlfriend's hand and hugged her around her waist on the carpeted Met steps. At one point, he even gave her a sweet head kiss and flashed the photographers a peace sign.

This time around, Kardashian attended fashion's biggest night, celebrating the legacy of Karl Lagerfeld, with her eldest daughter, North West. For the occasion, she showed out in a maximalist outfit that consisted of a white midi dress by Schiaparelli made entirely of strands of pearls—and reminiscent of the pearl look she wore on her 2007 Playboy cover. It also featured a silky corset bodice and bra in a golden hue. Kardashian finished the bold ensemble with a massive diamond-and-pearl choker, diamond stud earrings, white sandals encrusted with pearls, and a matching pearl anklet. She additionally wore an airy white jacket and opted for bronzy makeup and a dramatic updo.
Per photos, Davidson looked cool on a tie-dye blue shirt, black jacket and pants, and a long pearl necklace.
