P.E With Joe

The Body Coach’s Joe Wicks is helping kids (and adults) stay active while they're stuck at home by holding 30-minute PE lessons, which are live streamed on Wicks' YouTube channel. The former personal trainer’s first episode of ‘P.E With Joe’ had over a million views. Unlike some online workouts, there's no need for any equipment as each lesson has been designed to be done at home using your own bodyweight. While Wicks originally launched P.E With Joe as a way to help Britain's kids stay active while they're off school due to the coronavirus lockdown he said, “the workouts will be fun and suitable for all ages, so even adults can get involved.”
