The Best Cafes And Restaurants In Singapore For Weekend Brunch

It's more than a meal, it's a culture.

15 Stamford by Alvin Leung - Tropical Sunday Brunch Dessert

Nothing beats a good brunch with your close friends and family at the end of a busy week. Fortunately for us, almost every neighbourhood in Singapore has a café that serves up an assortment of egg dishes, buttery pastries, English breakfast with all the fix-ins, and booze. While most cafés are known for great coffee blends, some offer other beverages to satisfy the non-caffeine drinkers. From bottomless mimosas and artisanal coffee to delectable morsels, here are our favourite cafes and restaurants for brunch on the weekend.

Happening every Sunday, the 'Tropical Sunday' Champagne Brunch at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung is not to be missed. Groove to lively tunes and indulge in a sumptuous feast featuring an exquisite selection of seafood on ice; freshly shucked oysters and sashimi (think: Tuna Akami, Hiramasa Kingfish, and Norwegian Salmon); charcuterie including Beef Bresaola, Mortadella Bologna Pistachio and Jamón Ibérico De Bellota as well as smoked salmon and haddock; mouth-watering grilled meats such as Wagyu Beef Hanging Tender and Angus Beef Ribeye alongside spit-roasted Red Snapper and Pasture Fed Lamb Leg.

Save some space for pasta with luscious aged cheddar cheese sauce, Asian aglio olio with a mild spicy kick, classic basil pesto, and more, before rounding off the brunch with decadent desserts like Yuzu Meringue, Matcha Financier, Assorted Macarons, and Peranakan Kueh. Did we mention that you can enjoy endless pours with free-flow cocktails, wines, beer and champagne?
