Prince Louis was once again the star of a major royal event, as the five-year-old attended King Charles III's coronation.

Today, the young prince joined his parents, Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, and his siblings, Prince George, 9, and Princess Charlotte, 8, at his grandfather's coronation at Westminster Abbey. Louis and Charlotte sat front row at the ceremony with their parents, so Louis was front and center for viewers to follow along with his reactions to the two-hour ceremony.

The youngest Wales kid has become known for his candid facial expressions during royal celebrations, after he became Twitter's favourite part of the late Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee. Last month, Louis also made an impression with his debut at the royal Easter service, where one user dubbed him the "Prince of Faces."

The young prince had an expression of awe during the intricate ceremony, as he was photographed chatting with his mother and sister while sitting between them. He also broke into a few yawns during the long affair. Midway through the ceremony, he was escorted out of the abbey to take a planned break from the grand proceedings.

During the carriage procession back to Buckingham Palace, Louis appeared to be having fun waving to the crowds. He then appeared during the post-ceremony balcony appearance with his immediate family and the newly-crowned king and queen. The little royal once again showed his disdain for the traditional flypast, as he visibly showed his distaste for the loud noises being emitted from the Royal Air Force planes.

Charlotte and Louis also rode in the coronation procession from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Abbey, while their older brother Prince George, second in line to the throne, served as a page to the king during the ceremony.

The three children are expected to attend tomorrow's Coronation Concert. The last time Louis attended such an event, at last year's Platinum Pageant, the young royal got up to some physically expressive antics in front of the cameras.
