Just In: Dilraba Dilmurat Is The New Face of Mikimoto
The Japanese jewellery brand has a new ambassador

With China firmly establishing themselves a major players in the luxury sector, it has given rise to a wave of fresh Asian faces at the forefront of luxury houses, especially in the jewellery industry. Japanese jewellery brand Mikimoto is the latest to join the foray, having just announced the appointment of Chinese actress Dilraba Dilmurat as their latest brand ambassador.
In a press statement, Mikimoto said that Dilraba was chosen because she "embodies the passion and focus that is in line with Mikimoto’s commitment to provide the highest quality pearls to be transformed into enchanting and exquisite pearl jewellery." The Ürümqi-born actress first gained prominence after starring in popular Chinese TV drama Eternal Love, and has since gone on to star in several more hit drama serials.
