"I never imagined we would be selling products across the world, even to countries like South Africa and Guatemala," Jaime Lee (@jaim), founder of local stationery company The Paper Bunny, tells us with a smile. "It would be amazing to see The Paper Bunny becoming a global brand, more than it is now." Since starting up her brand in 2013, Lee's stunning stationery designs have caught the eye of magazines, style influencers and discerning aesthetes around the world. In an ongoing partnership with Pandora, we shine the spotlight on Jaime and three other dynamic self-starters that are pursuing what they love and inspiring others to do the same along the way.

I believe… There will never be a “this is it.” As you progress, you celebrate little milestones, and you keep looking for the next one. We’ve been very privileged to work with international personalities and good brands. That makes me proud; it’s a sign of appreciation and approval that The Paper Bunny is no longer a small passion project.

I create… For the customer with great style and a great mind. We hope to inspire not just through quotes, but also through design and the way we create beautiful and meaningful things that are practical for their everyday lives.

I am motivated by… Knowing that I am called to be here at this moment; to reach women from different walks of life. When tough times come, knowing your purpose keeps you going.

Becoming a mother… Has shown me even more how humans have a great capacity to adapt. We only have 24 hours a day, and a child demands so much out of you, but you just adapt and manage life as best as you know how.

The greatest joy… Of having your own business is the ability to create something of your own. Seeing the work of your hands reach people is very precious.

Do… Embrace who you are. At every point of our lives, we are equipped with different skills and gifts, and it’s all for a purpose. I could have said, “I’m not business trained, therefore I can’t do business.” But my legal training equipped me in so many ways: How I think, reason, speak. Whatever you have is enough to do great things; you don’t have to wish you were someone else.
