Originally from Italy, Dario Schiavoni’s career in the hospitality industry has brought him around the world, including China, Italy, Japan, Portugal, the UAE, the UK, and now, Singapore, as Director Of Food & Beverage At The Singapore Edition. The 34-year-old’s signature moustache, charm, and bold ensembles embody the fashion mantra “dress to impress”. A creative at heart who pioneered the Bvlgari Symposia Mixology initiative, and one who appreciates the finer things in life, Schiavoni would love to do a wardrobe swap with Johnny Depp.
“The late Gianni Versace is definitely a style inspiration. I believe he really changed the way fashion was seen at the time, and his designs are still on-trend years later. A person who has so much influence even after his passing has truly made an impression on me.”

“It all started with an accident, which resulted in a three-month medical leave and a big beard. I was working at Ritz Carlton Hotel then, where no beard was allowed; so as I shaved it off, I noticed a beautiful moustache and the rest is history. It has become such a brand now that it might actually bring me business.”
