An economics graduate, Seamus Chng had initially chosen corporate banking but decided to switch careers to focus on his passion—fitness. “It was clear to me to do something that fills me with vigour,” quips the 27-year-old fitness coach who spent a large part of his youth playing sports. Much like his personality, Chng’s mellow style is understated yet consistent— he looks up to content producer Daniel Simmons as his inspiration.
