With so many products at her disposal, it’s amazing that Rihanna—the brains behind Fenty Beauty—has managed to whittle it down to just three day-to-day staples. According to the global make-up artist for Fenty, Hector Espinal, these are the three things he always spies in her possession.
“Ri wears Fenty Pro Filt’r Foundation every day,” Hector tells us. “Alternating between the Soft Matte and Hydrating formulas.” (We hear she wears shade 330, if you’re a details person). “She always blots the centre of her face,” he adds. “A shiny chin and forehead can be really distracting, especially when you’re being photographed.”
Which leads on nicely to her second must-carry-at-all-times Fenty product…
“Fenty Invisimatte Translucent Blotting Powder has no colour, meaning it doesn’t build up if you apply it throughout the day,” Hector explains. It’s traceless on all skin tones and Rihanna describes it as the cure for not looking oily in pictures.
Lastly, she’s never without a lip gloss.
