As the first movie in Hollywood to feature an all-Asian cast since The Joy Luck Club in 1993, you can bet Crazy Rich Asians has a lot riding on it. So it’s no wonder that Singaporean actress Amy Cheng—who plays Jacqueline Ling, a scheming society swan renowned for her beauty, in the movie—wanted to do her character justice on the red carpet, and turned to the good people at Urban Decay to get her ready for the movie’s red carpet premiere in Los Angeles last night.

Left in the good hands of Steve Kassajikian, Global Makeup Artist for Urban Decay, Cheng was transformed for the night using the cosmetic giant’s latest Born to Run palette. The look for the night was bold, bright and—dare we say it—riiiich: With her elegant Rita Hayworth-esque hairdo for the night, coupled with a bold red lip, sizzling eyes, and a fabulously gold beaded gown, Cheng was definitely a sight to behold on the red carpet.
