Consisting of extra-fine glitter particles, this liquid highlighter creates a long-lasting, glowing effect. You can put it on before or after your foundation, depending on how intense you want the shimmer to be. For a natural-looking glow, mix a few drops into your favourite moisturiser for a lit-from-within radiance.
