From brushes to beauty sponges, gone are the days when we just use good ol’ fingers to apply our makeup. The latest beauty fad to go viral has girls applying a full face with a bra insert.

What gave birth to this bizarre beauty phenomena were people trying to find dupes for the Molly Cosmetics‘ SiliSponge applicator, which looks suspiciously like a boob insert. The SiliSponge claims to absorb zero product thus, causing zero wastage whilst still increasing blendability. These pads are more durable than your regular cosmetic sponges and are a breeze to clean. Hence, they don’t have to be replaced as often and are godsend for lazy girls.
This innovation then spawned a new contender. We present the next fad to take the world by storm, The Evie Sponge. Imagine applying your makeup with a nose-shaped silicone, covered in glitter.

Once again, we are left scratching our heads. This kickstarter garnered massive support and had people are buzzing over this new makeup applicator. You can expect new beauty hacks to emerge as a result of this. Who knows? We might start seeing girls apply their makeup with playdough (possible dupe alert?).
Turns out, these non-porous, silicone-type pads blend makeup like a dream. But then again, so do your fingers… and you have ten of them!
