Charlotte Tilbury dropped a new medium-coverage foundation just in time to refresh your beauty essentials for 2022. The Charlotte’s Beautiful Skin foundation, a 30-shade “your skin, but better” formula, has been in development for the past three years. Each foundation is designed for fair, medium, tan, or deep overtones, as well as cool, neutral, or warm undertones.
This new launch is sure to be a major hit on TikTok. Aiming to combine the benefits of skincare with the coverage and color payoff of makeup, Beautiful Skin is buildable and uses hyaluronic acid to hydrate, plus coconut extract to plump and strengthen the skin barrier, and Bix’Activ (a plant-derived ingredient) to mattify the skin. The new range is also infused with a rose complex to help enhance skin’s radiance and overall glow. The brand is also releasing a new foundation finder in partnership with tech company MIME, which uses artificial intelligence to help shade-match customers in less than a minute.
Charlotte Tilbury tapped actress Phoebe Dynevor along with supermodels Jourdan Dunn and Kate Moss as the faces for the foundation campaign.

“I’ve known Kate since the very beginning of my career—we met for the first time both aged 19, on a magazine shoot in the ’90s, and have been friends ever since!” Tilbury said of working with Moss, according to a press release. “Kate supported me from the start of my journey from makeup artist to beauty entrepreneur and is always one of the first to try my products before they launch. [She] has been trialling my Charlotte’s Beautiful Skin Foundation in secret for a long time now and loves it, so it was the perfect opportunity for us to work together—and the perfect product to launch to the world!”
Charlotte’s Beautiful Skin Foundation retails for $44 and is available to shop online at Sephora starting today.
