Decorte Celebrates Its 50th Anniversary In The Most Luxurious Way-Feature Image

Conceived with the idea of marrying luxury with innovation, Decorté (its name is a wordplay of two French words cosmétique and décoration) marks its 50th anniversary this year.

As part of its Golden Jubilee celebration, Decorté announced a new muse, Brie Larson, as well as a limited edition release of their AQ Meliority Intensive Cream in collaboration with Baccarat to mark this milestone.

AQ Meliority Intensive Cream – Baccarat Edition, $6,950, DECORTÉ

Baccarat is the French manufacturer of fine crystal located in Baccarat, France. Designed by Marcel Wanders, Art Director of Decorté, the packaging of this limited edition cream is a prime example of perfection by both Decorté and Baccarat.

There are only 999 bottles of this cream available worldwide, each with its own unique serial number and a Baccarat crystal certificate. Outside of Japan, these creams are available in limited quantities, with only five available in Singapore.

Even if you’re not able to get your hands on them, you can still enjoy the benefits of the AQ Meliority Intensive Cream. Measuring a cream’s efficacy is dependent not only on its ingredients but its delivery method. The AQ Meliority Intensive Cream combines three different types of encapsulated ingredients to ensure that it penetrates deep into the skin. Developed to be biomimetic, the capsules contain phospholipids similar to the skin, improving compatibility and permeability.

Ingredients like green tea extract, peptides, and hydrolyzed soybean extract help to form a veil of protection and hydration to keep skin soft and plump.

The AQ Meliority Intensive Cream – Baccarat Edition, $6,950, is available exclusively at Decorté Takashimaya. The AQ Meliority Intensive Cream is available at $1,650.
