Yeah that'll teach me to pick my nose ? Happy almost-Halloween! Really all it is is clear 3D sculpting gel from @youngnailsinc that I added some polish to. The yellow is @parrot_polish Banana Sorbet and the green is @dancelegendofficial Levitan that I bought from @hypnoticpolish. I think the pastel neon yellow of Banana Sorbet really makes it look like snot!
CARD CUT NAILS
I got attacked by killer cards! This is sooooo bad but also so funny at the same time ? I printed the cards from my computer and cut them out using little scissors. The whole effect is made with liquid latex, some red paint, scar wax (from the party supply store – special effects makeup aisle) and also a bit of HK Girl top coat from @glistenandglow1 for the shiny effect. Your reactions on yesterday's design were PRICELESS!!! Don't worry, my nails are just fine ? I used a fake injury kit I bought last year at a local party supply store. All I had to do was put some wax on the tip of my finger & mould it into shape, give it some color with the color wheel that was included, and I used a fake nail to make the shape of the nails/cuticles. DRAGON EGG NAILS
A lot of people requested a tutorial so here's how to make dragon eggs! I built up the scales in two layers of @madam_glam Perfect Black. I applied @twinkled_t Acrobat powder after finishing every row, to see what I was doing (instead of painting black on black). It's not hard, just extremely time consuming but SO worth the effort!! GRIM REAPER NAILS
I used to have a Halloween decoration that was a grim reaper with a motion sensor. If you walked past him, he'd shriek and drop his scythe! Scared the crap out of me! The gray background polish is @picturepolish LakoDom and I painted our friendly neighborhood grim reaper with my new Peachy 000 brush from @mitty_burns Music is "Intense Suspense" by Audionautix
GLOWING GHOSTS (IN A CEMETERY)
October is Halloween month here in PiggieLuvLand and we're starting off with these glowy ghosts that come out as soon as the sun goes down! The whole thing is painted with acrylic paint and my Peachy 000 brush from @mitty_burns. I added glowy ghosts with a bit of @serumno5 Budding Lights. What's your biggest fear… Spiders? Monsters? Darkness? How about ALL OF THEM! I painted this scene with acrylic paint and my @mitty_burns Peachy 000 & Candy 00 detail brushes. To make the glow in the dark eyes, I just added some @serumno5 Budding Lights after I finished painting the design. Music is "Ectoplasm" by Audionautix #confessionsofaglowaholic
Just remember to swap the nude mani back in for work the next day, yeah?
