Despite the fact that Friends finished 12 years ago, Rachel Green has remained a consistent style icon; from that poker straight hair to those 90s T-shirts and, of course, her classic neutral make-up.
After revealing the hairstyle that she hated the most, Jennifer Aniston is giving up more of Rachel Green’s style secrets, including her exact lipstick shade.
In an interview with Glamour, Aniston discussed the recent revival of all things 90s – including the one trend she is not on board with:
“Tiny sunglasses. I just think they’re ridiculous,” she said. “I’m not a fan of those little tiny spectacles; I’m a fan of classic sunglasses. That was very 90s, wasn’t it? When you would see those little tiny frames, those were brought back from the John Lennon days.”
But as well as sharing our hatred of tiny sunglasses, Jen also revealed her go-to lipstick shade when filming Friends:
“They’re always sort of regurgitating trends. How about Mac’s Paramount lipstick? It was a browny brick. I remember that was my go-to colour when I was doing Friends.”
Described as a ‘warm brown with a satin finish’, Mac still sells the Paramount shade. Anyone else tempted to try?
