If you struggle to maintain a high level of energy throughout the day and are constantly relying on coffee to get you through it, then you might want to try this 90-second shower trick. Experts believe that this hack can help to boost your energy and keep you awake all day.

So, rather than simply taking a hot shower first thing in the morning – which can actually be known to relax you rather you than wake you up – blast yourself with cold water for 30 seconds, then with hot water for 30 seconds, and then for a final 30 seconds with freezing water. This should be done after your regular cleaning routine, ensuring you end on freezing water.

As well as giving you this added boost of energy, the technique is also thought to have a number of other health benefits, reports Entrepreneur.
