If you've ever been envious of the Duchess of Cambridge's glowing complexion, then you're going to want to get in on this skincare secret.
Kate's personal beautician–who prepped her skin on the day of the royal wedding and also for the Baftas last Sunday–has revealed the surprising secret behind the Duchess' glow: a jar of Nutella.

Appearing on an episode of This Morning, Deborah Mitchell talked through the DIY secrets behind the Duchess' skincare routine, which included a very strange homemade face mask.
For a red carpet-worthy complexion, Mitchell recommends mixing together a jar of chocolate spread, sugar and lip balm to form a scrub which you then smooth over the skin.

While Mitchell didn't say whether the Duchess has ever used the at-home recipe or if this was inspired by a product she uses, the skin expert did say: "Now I've actually used this at home, and I've actually used this on some of my clients – not naming any names."
Aside from the Duchess of Cambridge, Mitchell also looks after Victoria Beckham and Gwyneth Paltrow's perfect complexions, so we just might have to give this slightly unorthodox treatment a go.
