Kim Kardashian, with her ever-glistening skin and permanently chiseled cheekbones, is the unchallenged queen of contouring.

Her signature sculpted look has skyrocketed in popularity over the past few years, to the point where practically everyone is contouring as part of their regular makeup routine, or at the very least, has watched a few YouTube tutorials on how to do it.

Heavily shadowed hollows, a slimmed down nose, and cheekbones highlighted within an inch of their life are all standard play in the beauty world now, and Kim Kardashian is the beginning—and the end—of it all.

That's right, folks. The end. The reality star has announced she's officially over contouring.

"I think right now it's more about nontouring, like real skin with less make-up on it," Kim revealed during a panel in London with makeup mogul Charlotte Tilbury. "I'm trying to wear less... and my husband loves me without make-up."

That's not to suggest we'll see her bare-faced in public anytime soon—she's just trading in her usual ultra-defined face for a softer, more glowy look. Except for the nose. #NoseContourUntilIDie

"I'm really into strobing now," Kim continued. "So just highlighting the skin without using bronzer. I love contouring and I don't think I'd stop contouring my nose—I know people think I've had a nose job but it really is just make-up!"

So what's in her lightened-up makeup bag now that all those contour palettes and different shades of concealer and foundation have been purged?

"Now when I travel I just bring a small make-up case, and I'm content with that," the KUTWK star revealed. "An eyelash curler, a mini Charlotte Tilbury lipstick in the perfect nude that she created for me, mascara—Charlotte's Legendary Lashes is my favourite—my Joe Blasco foundation, a little MAC kabuki brush, a gold eye pencil by Kardashian Beauty, a small pot of powder, blush and my Smashbox bronzer."

So there you have it, Kim Kardashian is moving on. Will her loyal band of beauty bloggers and makeup junkies follow suit? Or are we all too addicted to our sky-high cheekbones to ever go back?
