My skincare saviour is…
“My skincare saviour is Infusion de Rose Nourishing Oil by Laura Mercier, which can go on both your face and body. When I’m travelling, I use Weleda Skin Food and I also love putting on those hand mitts when you’re on a plane – you go to sleep and just wake up feeling like a goddess with these soft hands. It’s fantastic. I really just love anything that has a really lovely smell to it, which the rose oil particularly does. And new products out right now that I love? Tata Harper stuff, they’ve got some really nice oils.”

My make-up essential has to be…
“The Fresco Eyeshadow from Laura Mercier because I am super into not having too much stuff on me. I would so much prefer to just carry one thing, maybe not even a brush and then I’ll just use my finger and put in on my eyes and on my cheeks. It’s not like a blusher, it’s almost like a contour. I also like using a bronzer on my eye because they’re quite earthy and neutral, I can use them everywhere so it’s more of a natural thing going on.”
The beauty tip I give my friends is…
“OK, I’ve got a weird one. You shouldn’t do this too often, but if you really need a quick fix, mix a tiny bit of baking soda into your moisturiser and then you mush it all in and wash it off. So if you haven’t got a lot around, it’s great. I don’t do it very often at all, maybe once a month?
“Also, I absolutely always carry tweezers with me, otherwise I have complete anxiety, just in case there’s anything that needs plucking. And a razor, of course!

“And finally, go on lots of walks. Around 7pm, just go for a chat and a walk with your best friend. It’s so good for wellbeing. There’s so many benefits to it, it’s like meditation, but you also get to have a bit of a gossip on the go.”
