Cara Delevingne’s playful, devil-may-care approach to fashion, beauty and, well, just about everything was the inspiration behind the punk-lite look at Giamba, Giambattista Valli’s millennial-geared line. “He wanted the girls to feel young and rebellious,” said makeup artist Val Garland, who kept the skin fresh and the lips bare and focused instead on decorating the face, arms and fingers in hand-painted tattoos—crosses, stars, moons and various religious symbols—that resembled Delevingne’s from a quick glance.

Each model was given a unique scattering of faux ink; same went for the ultrathin braids in the hair, which were strewn randomly across the crown or shown barely peeking through the underside. If you hadn’t nailed down your festival beauty look already, consider it complete now.
