Affordable Art Fair

Back for the sixth year running, the Affordable Art Fair Singapore is not just a place for us to peruse incredible artwork and get in touch with the right hemisphere of our brains, it also provides young artists a platform to showcase their works. In partnership with the Young Talent programme, the art fair will showcase the works of 8 emerging artists from the region, under the age of 35.

The Affordable Art Fair first emerged in London, 1999 by Will Ramsay whose goal was to make contemporary art more accessible to everyone. He firmly believed that making art available to the masses, and not just the privileged art connoisseurs is very important. Since then, after the success of the first one, his Affordable Art Fair has been making its rounds Internationally and is becoming a yearly event that many look forward to. The fair doesn't just attract seasoned collectors, but also new-comers looking to invest in a sculpture or painting to give their homes character. The prices range from S$100 to S$15,000, though a majority of the art displayed are in the lower-mid bracket. There is something for everyone!

From abstract paintings to figurative sculptures, The Affordable Art Fair makes it a point to have a wide variety of mediums and art styles. The artists are equally diverse, from Asia to Europe and America. This year, BAZAAR is throwing an Arty-Licious evening in association with The Affordable Art Fair on the evening of 17th November 2017. There will be 69 exhibitors in total, both local and international. The highlight will be a new digital installation performance art by Singapore-based UK artist, Chloe Manasseh. On top of that, there will also be various talks and workshops running throughout the fair and even a claw machines filled with Mamonde beauty products.

The Affordable Art Fair Singapore runs from 17th to 19th November and will be held at the F1 Pit Building. We will be giving away ten (10) pairs of tickets to the event worth $50. Simply fill in the form below to stand a chance to win.
