Oscar night is finally here to close out award season on a glamorous note. The stars have already been filling up red carpets and sitting through ceremonies for the past few months, but let's hope they've saved their best looks for tonight. The Academy Awards are known for bringing out some of the best, most elegant looks in Hollywood and this year's event should be no exception. What will be the 2020 equivalent to Angelina Jolie's leg slit, Lupita Nyong'o's Cinderella gown, or Gwyneth Paltrow's pink-on-pink ensemble?

We can expect a lot of fashion from the nominees alone, which include known style stars like Margot Robbie, Charlize Theron, and Scarlett Johansson. Fresh-faced talents are also stepping out on a strong sartorial foot, like Saoirse Ronan, Cynthia Erivo, and Florence Pugh. And let's not forget about the guys. Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio are sure to wow in classic gentlemanly style, but we also welcome the risk takers like Billy Porter, who's hosting the red carpet pre-show, and Timothée Chalamet, who's presenting an award.

Some of the films vying for awards tonight include Little Women, Marriage Story, Joker, Once Upon a Time ... in Hollywood, and Parasite.
