Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan's son turns three years old today.
Happy birthday to Archie!
Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan's firstborn child turned three years old on May 6 (Friday), and the royal family celebrated the milestone on social media.
The official Buckingham Palace Twitter account shared a photo of Meghan holding Archie as an infant, while Queen Elizabeth II, the late Prince Philip, Harry, and Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, look on.
"Wishing Archie Mountbatten-Windsor a very happy 3rd Birthday," the caption read.
Prince William and Duchess Kate also posted on Twitter in celebration of Archie's birthday. They shared a portrait of Archie and the royal family from his 2019 christening at Windsor Castle.
In the picture, photographer Chris Allerton captured the then-new parents cradling Archie while seated on a green sofa. Surrounding the Sussexes are their family members, including William, Kate, Ragland, Prince Charles, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, Lady Jane Fellowes, and Lady Sarah McCorquodale.
"Wishing Archie a very happy 3rd Birthday today," the Cambridges' captioned the photo.
Charles and Camilla shared a tribute on social media too. On their official Instagram Story, the royals shared a black-and-white photo of Charles standing alongside Harry, who is carrying a baby Archie.

On March 6, a spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced that the couple, along with their children, will be returning to the United Kingdom for the queen's Platinum Jubilee in June.
In a statement to BAZAAR.com, the spokesperson says, "Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are excited and honoured to attend The Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations this June with their children."
The visit will mark Harry and Meghan's first official public appearance in the United Kingdom since they stepped down as senior members of the royal family in 2020. It will also be the first time that their 11-month-old daughter, Lilibet, will be in the country.
Though the family will be attending the event, Buckingham Palace has confirmed that they—along with other non-working members of the royal family—will not be invited to the iconic balcony appearance.
"After careful consideration, The Queen has decided this year’s traditional Trooping the Colour balcony appearance on Thursday 2nd June will be limited to Her Majesty and those Members of the Royal Family who are currently undertaking official public duties on behalf of The Queen," a spokesperson tells BAZAAR.
