10 Artists You Can Livestream From The Comfort of Your Couch

Like many worldwide events amidst the global pandemic, music festivals and concerts have been canceled or postponed to avoid large crowd gatherings that could potentially spread the disease or put people at risk of getting sick. But just because we're all socially distancing, that doesn't mean live music has to be put on pause. A number of artists are sharing their musical talents with livestream performances so fans can stay entertained without leaving the house. Below, we've rounded up a few sets you can tune into online.

Common

The Chicago-bred rapper even had a DJ playing tracks as he performed in his living room. He played throwback hits like "1999" and "I Used to Love H.E.R." before dropping some freestyle bars on a makeshift mic.

Niall Horan

With a cup of tea at the ready, the former One Direction member delivered an acoustic set of his solo tunes, including "This Town," "Flicker," and "Nice to Meet Ya."

Charlie Puth

Seated at the piano in his parents' home, the singer and songwriter treated his fans to performances of "One Call Away," a cover of James Taylor's "You've Got a Friend," his hit "Attention," and more.

John Legend

The EGOT winner serenaded his online fans with "All of Me," "Stay with You," "Beauty and the Beast," and more. As Legend belted it out on the piano, his wife, Chrissy Teigen, and their daughter, Luna, made fun cameos.

Coldplay's frontman kicked off the series "Together, At Home: WHO-Global Citizen Solidarity Sessions" in collaboration with Global Citizen to support the World Health Organization's Solidarity Response Fund. His casual set included "Hymn for the Weekend," "Viva La Vida," "Yellow," and other fan-requested hits.

The country star strummed along as he sang cuts like "Coming Home" and "The Fighter," which he originally performed with Carrie Underwood. You can even catch Nicole Kidman dancing along in the background.

The rising indie artist took requests from fans as he played on the keys. His session included a cover of the Toy Story hit "You've Got a Friend in Me" by Randy Newman and his own hits like "Happiness." Luckily, one viewer uploaded the full set to YouTube.

Lizzo

The "Juice" singer blessed the fans with a calming flute set, which turned into a "meditation and mantra to promote healing during this global crisis," she wrote on Instagram.

Miley Cyrus

Although it isn't quite a musical performance, Miley is keeping her followers informed and entertained with an Instagram Live series called Bright Minded, where she chats with guests—ranging from celebrity pals to medical experts—to spread positivity. Tune in Monday to Friday at 2:30 p.m. ET/11:30 a.m. PT.

Charli XCX

Like Miley, pop star Charli XCX also has a program of livestream-able activities scheduled for her fans over a number of days. Past episodes include a chat with Christine and the Queens and personal training with Diplo, but there's still plenty of fun stuff ahead.
