Blackpink’s Lisa Is Louis Vuitton’s Newest House Ambassador
The global superstar is in her Louis Vuitton era.
Louis Vuitton has made its partnership with Blackpink’s Lisa official: Today, the global music superstar and fashion icon joins the French maison as its newest House Ambassador.
Since staging a surprise appearance at Nicolas Ghesquière’s 10-year anniversary show for Louis Vuitton in Paris sporting one of the creative director’s most memorable archival designs—an embellished frock coat from spring/summer 2018, which she wore with black leather hotpants, knee-high stockings and pumps—the K-pop star has been spotted in various looks featuring a mix of vintage and more current Louis Vuitton pieces, hinting at an imminent brand partnership.

The exciting news could not come at a better time for Lisa, who recently released her new single “Rockstar” under the new partnership with her recently launched management company, LLOUD Co. and RCA Records. She is also set to star in the third season of the hit HBO Original series, The White Lotus, marking her major onscreen debut filmed in her native Thailand.

With her distinctive personal flair and history-making achievements, it’s no surprise that Lisa speaks to and reflects the values at the core of Louis Vuitton—”a passion for creativity combined with a commitment to excellence in one’s craft”.
”I am very excited to welcome Lisa as a House Ambassador. She has a daring spirit and charisma that I find incredibly compelling. She is as bold and creative with her music as she is with her fashion, and it is a privilege to accompany her on this journey,” says Ghesquière, Louis Vuitton Artistic Director of Women’s Collections.
We can’t wait to witness the waves Lisa will create with this collaboration, which promises to be as boundless and dynamic as the A-lister herself.
