The who's who of Singapore turned up for the brilliant opening of American jewellery brand Tiffany & Co.'s new 5000-square foot duplex at ION Orchard last Friday, with its iconic Breakfast at Tiffany party. As the guests mingled and wandered around the opulent new premises, chef Emanuel Stroobant and team whipped up delicious canapes and desserts, and the champagne and mimosas flowed freely.
