Bridgerton's Regé-Jean Page Smells "Really, Really Nice," According To Costar Phoebe Dynevor

Phoebe Dynevor of Bridgerton is answering important questions.

In a new interview with Glamour, the actress was asked to weigh in on a question Bridgerton stans can't stop asking: What does the show's leading man, Regé-Jean Page, smell like? At first, Dynevor was taken aback by the query, but eventually, she caved in and revealed the highly sought-after information.

"Oh, my God. Why have so many people asked me that?" said the actress. "He smells really, really nice. He never, ever had bad breath, and he doesn't smoke or anything like that."

Dynevor also shared that they are both coffee drinkers, so neither actor was bothered by the lingering scent when rehearing the show's most intimate scenes. "We both drink a lot of coffee, so sometimes we both smell like that, which was fine," said Dynevor. "He's unscented in a good way."

Fans of the new Shonda Rhimes–produced series have become so enamored by Dynevor and Page's on-screen chemistry that rumors of the two actors being romantic off set quickly followed. Both Page and Dynevor, however, have shut down the gossip, saying that their electric chemistry is solely for the small screen.

"I think everything you need to know is on camera. That's why we presented it so beautifully for you," said Page during a joint interview with Dynevor for Access. "All the sparks that flew off of the beautiful scripts that we were handed, and so I think that the sparky scripted material are more than enough."
