Burberry's Art Of The Trench Returns To Seoul

The bustling metropolitan city of Seoul played host to another installment of the Art of the Trench, after a well-received edition in 2013 successfully turned the spotlight on Burberry’s iconic trench coat and Seoul’s stylish residents.

2016’s version proved equally spectacular, attracting a good-looking crowd that packed into Burberry’s hulking flagship store located in the city’s affluent Gangnam district. On a cool March evening, guests were treated to interactive panels that showcased 30 stunning new pictures of the city's taste-makers dressed in—what else?—their Burberry trench coats. The likes of Han Hyo Joo, Choi Ji Woo and Go Soo lent star wattage to the night’s proceedings, while a performance by South Korean rock band Chang Kiha & Faces brought the house down.
