Gigi Hadid has opened up about her daughter Khai ahead of the toddler's 2nd birthday.

In a clip from her upcoming interview on NBC News' Sunday Today With Willie Geist, the supermodel gave an update on her family life, saying that she's been having tons of fun with her daughter as she grows.

"I think she's a genius," Hadid says. "But I think that's what everyone says about their kid. It's so much fun. The more that she talks, and understands, and remembers, it just gets more and more fun. And she's a blessing."

The model also said that she believes her daughter has possibly entered her "terrible twos," explaining that the toddler keeps her on her toes.

"Oh, [she's] so mobile, from so early in the morning," she said. "So mobile. Jumping off things. Very brave, which is great but, you know. We're practicing doing dangerous things carefully. That's what I'm gonna go for."

Hadid has shared a few rare updates into her child's personality since welcoming Khai in September 2020. In a February InStyle interview, the supermodel gushed over the toddler, saying "She's just so smart, and she's so aware. She watches everything, she's always learning, she's always looking. She's just awesome."

She also talked about her anxieties around motherhood for Harper's BAZAAR's August 2021 cover story.

"During my pregnancy, I had one journal that I called my good journal and one journal that I called my bad journal. They weren't that literal, but one was more for the memories, for Khai. Maybe one day I'll give her the bad journal just to be real about it," she said. The "bad" journal, she explained, was for, "Anxieties and days where I felt like, 'Am I good enough to be a mom?' I didn't want to feel guilty about feeling those things or writing those things down."
