Hailey Bieber’s Baby-Blue Turtleneck Dress Is Totally Backless

A turtleneck dress may not be your first choice for confronting the California summer, but Hailey Bieber’s latest ’fit is making a case for the fall/winter staple.
Over the weekend, the model shared an Instagram carousel including photos and clips of her in a baby-blue look. The outfit was, in fact, a turtleneck dress in the soft hue, with long sleeves a totally open back. (It resembled a black Ferragamo dress she wore earlier this year.) Bieber styled the body-hugging piece with a furry bag in the same blue, diamond drop earrings, and a shimmering powder-blue eye shadow. She additionally wore rosy natural makeup—including a matte pink lip—and a colorful pointy manicure. She had her bob styled in a cool side-parted ’do.

Bieber’s celebrity friends voiced their approval of her sultry going-out outfit in the comments.

Bieber regularly shows off her party looks and versatile style. Earlier this month she stepped out in a strapless, bejeweled pink minidress from Vivienne Westwood Couture, paired with clear heels and a matching shimmering bag. And just last week she posted an Instagram photo dump filled with both micro and oversize staples—specifically big leather jackets paired with miniskirts or hot shorts, and loose pants styled with teeny tops and skinny sunglasses.
