Halle Bailey is back on the blue carpet in another look that proves she’s Hollywood royalty.

To attend the Mexico City premiere of Disney’s live-action remake of The Little Mermaid, the singer dazzled in a sheer mint-blue halter-neck gown by Georges Chakra. The see-through piece featured a diamond pattern, bead-embellished trim all along the plunging neckline and waist, a backless silhouette, and a sweeping train. To accessorise, Bailey wore diamond-and-pearl drop earrings by Dena Kemp and strappy pearl-embellished heels.

Bailey previously attended the world premiere for The Little Mermaid in a jaw-dropping molten blue gown from Valdrin Sahiti. The strapless dress featured a plunging neckline framed by two dramatically ruffled bustier panels. She accessorized simply, relying on a pair of large diamond earrings and matching diamond rings.

The film’s director, Rob Marshall, previously opened up about casting Bailey as his lead. “She was the very first actress we saw for the role,” he said. “She came in and she sang ‘Part of Your World.’ And by the end of it I was crying. I couldn’t believe the depth and the truth and the simplicity and passion she brought to the song. It was just so moving.”
